How far in advance should I book my wedding or event florals?

We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and larger events to ensure availability. However, we can accommodate shorter timeframes based with our A La Carte Wedding Florals.

What services do you offer?

We specialize in wedding and event floral design, custom floral arrangements for all occasions, and corporate floral installations. We also offer a mobile flower bar called The Daisy Trolley and floral arranging workshops.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we offer virtual consultations through Google Meet for full-service wedding florals to discuss your vision, preferences, and event details.

What is included in the consultation?

During your full service consultation, we’ll discuss your floral needs, event theme, color palette, and any specific flowers or design styles you envision. This is your chance to share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate on creating your perfect floral designs.

Phone and virtual consultations are complimentary with every floral design inquiry. However, if you’d like to schedule an in-person consultation or request a venue walk-through, additional fees may apply.

Can I customize my floral arrangements?

Absolutely! We love working with clients to create custom designs that reflect their vision, whether for weddings, special events, or personal orders. You can share your preferences, color schemes, and any favorite blooms!

How do I secure my wedding or event date?

Full Service: After your consultation, we’ll provide a detailed personalized proposal. Once you approve the proposal, a signed agreement and retainer will secure your date on our calendar.

A La Carte: After placing your order, please await a confirmation email. Your wedding date will be secured once the invoice is paid in full.

What is your pricing for weddings or events?

Pricing varies based on the scope of your event and the types of flowers you choose, with a minimum of $2,000 for Full Service Wedding Florals. A detailed quote will be provided during your consultation. For A La Carte florals, click here.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Bel Air, Maryland and primarily serve all across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Northern Virginia. For full service weddings outside this area, we may accommodate depending on availability and travel requirements.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery services for full service weddings, events, and custom floral orders. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be included in your proposal or invoice.

Do you provide floral installations/setup on-site?

Yes, we provide full floral installations for all Full Service Wedding Florals booked, ensuring everything is flawlessly placed and beautifully presented.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment for Full Service Wedding Florals is due 15 days before your wedding or event. We’ll review all the details and confirm everything before the big day.

Payment in full is due at the time of ordering for A La Carte and all Occasion Arrangements.

Final payment for The Daisy Trolley is due 15 days before the event date.

What happens to the flowers after the event?

You are welcome to keep any flowers from your event. If you’d prefer, we can also arrange for floral donation to local charities or offer suggestions for preserving your florals as keepsakes.

Can I order flowers for personal occasions, like birthdays or anniversaries?

Yes! We create custom arrangements for all occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and more. Simply fill out our order form with your preferences.

Do you offer flower preservation services?

While we don’t personally offer preservation services, we recommend local artisan Flowers by Franny, who specialize in pressed flowers and floral keepsakes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Weddings and events have non-refundable retainers, and depending on the timing of the cancellation, the remaining balance may still be due. If a wedding or event is canceled, the retainer and any costs already incurred for flowers or materials will not be refunded.

For special occasion arrangements and The Daisy Trolley Flower Bar, cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 30 days of the event, deposits are non-refundable, as preparations will already be in progress.

Do you have a storefront or studio location?

No, I currently operate out of my home, which gives me the flexibility to focus on custom designs and provide personal attention to each project while being a stay-at-home mom. All consultations are virtual, and I personally deliver or set up florals at your event/venue location.
