The Daisy Trolley Flower Bar Rental Policy
Booking and Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card or Venmo.
Additional Travel Charges
For events located outside a 15-mile radius from Bel Air, an additional travel fee of $0.67 per mile will be applied. The mileage will be calculated based on the round-trip distance from The Daisy Trolley’s home in Bel Air to the event location.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 30 days of the event, deposits are non-refundable, as preparations will already be in progress.
Flower Selection and Availability
- Flower availability varies by season. Final flower and color selections will be confirmed one week before the event.
- Substitutions may be necessary based on flower availability. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
- Seasonal and premium flowers may incur additional charges.
Setup and Operation
- Clients are responsible for providing clear delivery instructions, including the exact location and time, prior to the event day. The Daisy Trolley team will arrive at least one hour before the event for setup.
- The flower bar includes all necessary supplies, including flowers, vases, and tools.
- The flower bar rental covers a specified duration, typically 2-4 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee.
Usage and Conduct
- Guests are encouraged to create their own bouquets following the provided signage or with guidance from The Daisy Trolley Bartender, if available.
- Please handle all flowers and equipment with care!
- Any damage to the trolley or equipment caused by guests will be the responsibility of the event organizer.
Clean-Up
- The Daisy Trolley team will handle all clean-up related to the flower bar. Exact clean-up time will be arranged prior to the event.
- The event organizer is responsible for ensuring the venue is left in its original condition, aside from the flower bar area.
Liability
- The Daisy Trolley is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
- It is the responsibility of the event organizer to ensure the safety and supervision of all guests.
Weather Policy
- For outdoor events, a backup indoor location should be arranged in case of inclement weather.
- The Daisy Trolley reserves the right to cancel the outdoor setup in case of severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
